  • During product launches, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be longer.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Rates

  • 🚚 Free Shipping on all orders ₹999 and above.
  • 📦 A flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies to all orders below ₹999.

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order value.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: Additional delivery time may apply

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include unboxing video & photos of the damaged item and packaging.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

Claims for damaged/missing items cannot be processed without an unboxing video.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to select countries.
